Commentary on Low-Fat

Low-fat or no-fat products - do they really live up to the healthy eating hype? Sure, they are healthier, but do they taste good? Do they live up to our expectations?

Frank Bruni and friends pondered this over dinner one evening. Here are their thoughts.

  1. When you have low-fat it is true that you probably eat more of it, which is ironic since it doesn’t taste like the real thing.

    Restraint is the answer. Eat good food in smaller portions.
